Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your StackCheck account and all associated data at any time. This applies to the StackCheck app published by Alchemy Digital.
Delete in the app
The fastest way to delete your account:
- Open StackCheck and sign in.
- Tap the profile icon in the top-right of the home screen.
- Scroll to Account Actions and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm to permanently remove your account and all data.
Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address associated with your account and we'll delete it for you:
Please send your request from your account email so we can verify it's you.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and profile (name, email, goals, and preferences)
- Your food logs and nutrition history
- Your supplement list and logs
- Your generated reports and insights
- Any photos you uploaded for food or label recognition
We delete your personal data within 30 days of your request, except where limited retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention. This action cannot be undone.
