Tap the + button on the home screen, then take a photo of your food. Our AI will identify the ingredients and calculate nutrients automatically.

How accurate is the nutrient tracking?

We use USDA nutrition data and AI-powered food recognition. While no system is perfect, we continuously improve accuracy based on user feedback.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings to cancel or modify your plan.

Can I export my data?

Yes! Go to Profile > Export Data to download your food logs and nutrition history.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data. You can also email us at support@trystackcheck.app to request account deletion.

Troubleshooting

App is running slowly

Try closing and reopening the app. If issues persist, check that you have the latest version installed from the App Store or Google Play.

Food not recognized correctly

Try taking a clearer photo with better lighting. You can also manually edit the detected items or search for foods directly.
